Presales Specialist


Roles & Responsibilities

  • 4 to 6 years of total experience as Pre-Sales and Support specialist
  • Work with sales team to create and implement targeted sales strategies, handle sales queries and initiate follow-up on leads
  • Proactively runs and manages calling campaigns to build the sales funnel
  • Creating sales presentations, anchoring RFI/RFP responses and building the customer value proposition for prospective clients
  • Work closely with the product team to keep up with new product upgrades and launches and build collaterals
  • Manage industry events participation, engaging with prospects and lead generation
  • Market research, trends and competitor analysis on a periodic basis


  • MBA is a MUST
  • Proficient in MS office (presentations, excel, word)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Knowledge of sales practices

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore. Currently WFH till the situation improves
