Complete Change Request (CR) flow can be tracked by iServiceHub from creation to approval and through all the development and test phases.

Company can define multiple development methodologies and assign any of the defined methodologies to a CR. Each methodology will have phases defined with owners and approvers.

A simple dashboard is available to track each CR through the development phases.

All CR documents are available to users and support team members in the Knowledge Repository.
